Thank you so much for posting those videos. Everytime i follow them, the atmosphere becomes peacefull in my house and i feel much more relaxed & confident. Do we need proof of this ? Everytime i do : my cat comes around and lies down nearby :)

Do you recommend doing this as a warm-up first thing you do in the morning ? Or should we follow 20 mins warmup and stretching before doing this ?

Why do you have to draw back your fist when you attack won’t that leave you open for a right hook ?

It's an exercise for building connection, torque and power, it's not a sparring technique. You will see the same in Karate training but nobody uses it in competition.
