Erbil has become quite metropolitan in recent years. Many people you interacted with in this video are not Kurdish. Slemani is more Kurdish (less international/mixed). If you want it even more Kurdish, you should visit cities in Iranian Kurdistan, like Sine/Sanandaj and Merîwan/Marivan. Or in "Turkish" Kurdistan, cities such as Bidlîs/Bitlis, Dersim, and Bazîd. Smaller towns, barely visited by foreigners, but more authentic.

10,000IQD is around $6 and you spent ~10 min trying to lower the price, I honestly never try to lower prices from street sellers when things are very cheap and the price is already the true price and on the edge for them. glad you paid the whole price for it at the end, since from that $6 he might gain $2 top, so how many watches he is going to sell each day? even if he sells 10 watches then you are looking at $20 income for the whole day.

Most of the people in other countries, they don't travel and abandon their country to get a decent job, they will try to cut a shortcut by working on a none-decent job. so yeah I think I have the most respect for the Bangladesh people. And yeah, same here, I will feel embarrassed if I argue about one or two dollars, I might only ask once how much he can lower it but that's it, I wouldn't try asking again or spend 10 min for that, I only try to lower the price for big stuff like buying electronic expensive stuff, but not for food or street items that cost less than $10.

@@panoramic6011 That's correct,1 chicken kebab cost 2500 in Iraq. but in this video, for some odd reason, I think the restaurant made a mistake and asked for 2500 for both chicken kebabs not including the water price which is usually 500 for 1 bottle. or Sulaymaniyah street food is half the price of normal Iraq street food.
