Agreed with Vali. I believe they specifically chose Kazuhiro Nakaya to voice Ichiban because of his dragon-carp tattoo. As in, Ichiban is Nishiki transforming into a dragon. Did you see Kiryu's smile when he saw Ichiban's tattoo? I bet it reminded him of Nishiki. My hope can only truly be restored if Kiryu and Ichiban sing Judgement together.

@@OKTANE0 it wasn't a decision so much as they weren't able to get the licensing for the songs over here back then. However, they've been using the OG songs since Kiwami 2 and thank fuck for that, because I don't wanna imagine a world where the Western version of 7 came without Ichibanka.

Me too, me too.. When I first listened to this I was expecting it to be about Kiryu. The lyrics for most of the song could easily be interpreted as being about him, until then the end happens, which really feels lke it's about Nishiki.

@@Hisanas Yeah, also found the original lyrics online and then put them on multiple sites that romanize Japanese and it was the same result. Overall good, but ironically all fail to romanize the specific lyric where it says "kurenai" but everything else is mostly spot on.
