Both can be linked to Liberace, who said this phrase when he recieved a prize on television (his brother's name is George). There is a clip of Buggs Bunny where he parodies this. This clip was Del's inspiration to the name of his album. I personally don't think this sentence from DOOM is a reference to Del, but rather just the fact that Kurious Jorge is there and he just also references to either Buggs Bunny or Liberace.
