hi kurt love the vids. can i ask if you could do an instructional video on... when you have an armbar on your opponent, (sitting up with them laying flat on back) and some are explosive to get to their knees and stack. i can spin under and go belly down. wondering if their is anything i can learn to do to stop them from getting up. does the spiderweb stop that or have anything else? if you do the vid do it one more time for the stupid people.

The problem I have is that when I try to get this sweep the guy immediately drops his knee and widens his stance and it makes it really hard to turn him. Is it just a speed thing or am I doing something that's giving him the opportunity to drop down?

He said again when he stands up and he has control that warm he walks his shoulders under, it's a deep grab underneath the foot in as it looks, he then bumps a little bit so that leg twist remember? And he keeps close guard and comes up on him not letting him put down his elbow. So now back to your question when he stands up and you go underneath them he has a very hard time dropping back to his knees if he does I'll sweep them very easy it's something you need to do just work at it it's simple!
