He picks out easy, high percentage moves and makes them dirt simple. Great stuff!

the hardest thing about when I trained with Kurt was trying not to laugh! It made it look like I wasn't serious about the Jits. Fucksake, it's like Rodney Dangerfield and Rosanne Barr had a misfit son who grew up to be an amazing teacher....
@BrubMan11 жыл бұрын
watch the load, 1:53 - 1:55. your turning from one side, flat on your back and then turning to the other side, while at the same time bearing 100% of your opponents weight when you hit flat on your back.... this move wont work if there is a weight difference, not in your favor.

is there somewhere in the world where people are biting ears and noses off during fights? i have seen fights for more than 20 years, and i have never see someone even attempt a bite.

Nice technique. anyone know what brand of knee pads/supports Kurt is wearing?

I love that knee push thing. That crossface can be such a bitch when you're on the bottom. Can't wait too try it out.
@RhinoXpress12 жыл бұрын
it would be a lot harder considering you don't have really anything clothing wise to grab onto.

Seems like a similar principle as the Stomp from Lockdown. Keep half-guard leg trapped (momentarily) while slipping in a butterfly hook.
@MrMudEagle7 жыл бұрын
White belt greenhorn here. I rolled this morning had this same thing happen to me. Stuck. I did a pretty good job, but I could never get back to the right shoulder. Just too much pressure. I was using a hand on his left hip instead of the left knee. I will def use this technique. Thanks for posting brother. I love jiu jitsu!
@tusccountyjiujitsu11 жыл бұрын
Actually the better way to do this that WILL work on a bigger heavier opponent is not to roll them back over you but to switch your hips so you are flat on your back and then switch them again so you are facing the way you want to roll them. If you move under them this way it makes them fall in that direction instead of you have to muscle them over. Try and let me know how it works for you.
