pretty sure with the smart routes you can do both things in one go, just hold right bumper while you press for the out route should simplify your hot routes

right bumper acts as the modifier like on a keyboard it is your shift button so hold that first then the direction of the hot route

They play arguably better than Madden games, and it would be awesome to see a NFL-level QB play those games. You can easily find tutorials on KZbin that show you how to set up the emulators. Call it future madden ratings or whatever tf.
