Interesting product. It doesn't look like a person would be able to leave their tablet on the arm and pull it down for drawing because of the extreme wobble at the top. It looks like a great thing for a stable tablet used of information or entertainment but not for productivity.

Get a laptop riser that can adjust tilt, and one that can lock at certain height or angles

At 58% off, it's a really good deal. It's still a powerful tablet. Not sure how many years of updates it still has, BUT not having updates does not mean your tablet will stop working, or you can't install apps.

Depends on how big your portable display is. If you have not purchased a portable display, you can go with those with VESA mount and get a VESA arm.

Not that I know of. Even if it is strong enough to hold, it will not be strong enough for you to draw on. If you need to elevate the pen display, consider laptop stands. Eg www.parkablogs.com/content/review-lululook-rotating-laptop-stand
