A lot of artists actually simplify the head, ribcage and pelvis in a cube form so they can draw them in perspective and latter add the details. A recommend trying this, look for reference for this if you are having difficult I'm sure there's a lot around the internet.

I'm determined to master perspective. For a fifteen year old, my drawing is pretty advanced. If I can master perspective and form by the time I hit 18 I can do anything! I've been practicing almost daily, currently doubling down on male anatomy and poses. However I got hit with the same dilemma you did; why doesnt it look right. The reason being is, I'm struggling to put fluency within the body parts. Foreahortenning and perspective is also rather difficult. So I want to master those then tackle the hands and feet basic. Soon I'm getting a digital sketchbook hopefully, and I want to animate. Being able to draw perspective will be the biggest advantage.
