I've been studying perspective, basic forms and stuff, but I wasn't sure how to move forward (which can make us run over steps and try topics more advanced than our current condition allows us to understand and thus delay our development) and now i think i'm in the right direction again. Thanks a lot!

I'm in the same situation as you as a beginner, I tried to move on and start drawing human but since I don't have any basis in human drawing the result was terrifying And so I straight up started learning human anatomy, with the human skull as a first step. I'm constantly drawing skulls since 1 month and trying to figure out its shape by drawing cross contour lines over those

Coming from a filmmaker who’s starting drawing as a hobby. Learning the lighting is so difficult and with drawing you have to also create the object to put the lighting in play. Drawing by far is the hardest art out of any art form

Question Kuzo, while you were drawing the form lines, were you imagining the perspective lines? or were you imagining the 3d form of your 2d drawing and just putting the form lines to create the 3d object you were imagining? Thanks btw for doing these vids, your videos helped my drawing tremendously, I can't thank you enough❤️❤️

I also draw form lines when i draw any object and it looks 3d to me but when i erase those lines for the final piece the entire drawing starts to look flat again
@vickypedia13083 жыл бұрын
I think that's normal, and that you'd get the 3d feeling back by applying shading in the right places. The shadows can then indicate the shapes in a similar way those lines do. Otherwise, drawing textures that essentially act as these lines can also do the trick. Like drawing a striped shirt instead of a single colored one.
@harshjain42563 жыл бұрын
@@vickypedia1308 ya when i do the line art and there are no textures on the character then the 3d essence is lost
