This looks wonderful! I'm following a keto lifestyle and will make this with xylitol instead of sugar. I am sure it will be delicious! I am considering adding some finely ground hazelnuts to the base mixture.

That is different from country to country. In Denmark eggs are salmonella free. So they are safer to eat than a salad.
