To be fair, Ladybug wasn't as willing to know Cat Noir's identity as he was to know hers. To make sure he would never consider Marinette to be Ladybug, she made all that planning.

"Kwamibuster" really opened a lot of possibilities as it introduced the Unification of Miraculous. The Unification was already something that has been mentioned in the series, as to achieve the Ultimate Power that grants wishes one needs to unify the Ladybug and Cat Miraculouses. But Unification is nothing without a drawback. It will be explained better latter on, but the use of too many Miraculous is really dangerous. The Mouse Miraculous is actually the best one to unify Miraculous because of its multiplication power, but even that can put a lot of strain to the holder.

12:43 This is why I liked this episode, it shows how Marinette and Adrien differ from each other in terms of planning. Marinette comes up with a plan that, while it does work, is very complicated with multiple steps. She accomplished her goal of throwing Cat Noir off her trail (if he was on it at all) but it took a lot to do so. Adrien on the other hand came up with a plan that did the same but with fewer steps. Basically throwing her off his trail with a simple error in his apology. They both get the job done but one's a bit more efficient.

I agree that Marinette is very smart. It’s unfortunate a lot of people discount her intelligence and call her dumb. Yes, she makes bad decisions sometimes, but she’s canonically 14. She does what she can to correct her mistakes and it’s why I love her character.

Yeah this episode is the one that showed that there is a creative magic system at work with the Kwami, that the characters will use them as creatively as we the audience would. We're at the point in the show where things are taking off, getting more complex, getting new bits of lore and information in each episode that just builds upon itself.

There is an explanation given why no one can tell that Chat and Ladybug are Adrien and Marinette. It's given in the New York movie special, which canonically takes place between Season 3 and Season 4. And it is cannon due to events from it being brought up in Season 4 and 5 later on. It should be noted that aside from the quantum masking effect of the miraculous which prevent people from connecting the physically obvious details of their superhero and civilian identities, people do not normally try to associate Marinette and Adrien to Ladybug and Cat Noir as they tend to act a little different, which is why people can’t easily figure out their identities. Adriens suspicions of Marinette being ladybug is something that was easy for him to connect as Ladybug and Marinette are a lot alike and share a lot of similarities he never thought to take the time to consider until this episode. And although Ladybug tricked Adrien into believing Marinette couldn’t be Ladybug, those thoughts never just disappeared, the possibility of Marinette being Ladybug is still there hiding in Adriens mind.

i remember being totally shocked when i first watched this one, because the idea of ‘unification’ had never even been hinted at before, and suddenly it was happening all over the place! and trust me, it is a key thing to have. Cat Noir as a banana became some sort of meme, if i recall, though in what capacity i’m not sure. i think it’s safe to say that from this point on every single episode is crazier than the previous…barring one that i’m sure everyone knows what it is. though it does serve a purpose! also, we’re coming up on a whole year of Miraculous reactions! whoooo!

A lot of controversy in the fandom started with kwami buster: the main argument being "if marinette can use 10+ miraculous at once, why does she ask for help to other people and give them the miraculous," wich is fair. If Marinette can use all the miraculous at once there would be many problems in the entire series that could be resolved much more quickly. But we are still talking about a show in wich the main characters see each other every day and yet still don't recognize eachother so it's obviously for plot reasons.

This episode was kinda good, but there are some inconsistencies. Marinette says she as Multimouse can’t have the miraculous again because Chat Noir has seen her. But Adrien’s seen Luka? And she told Chat Noir that she’s give a miraculous to Adrien. Also earlier in the episode, Chat Noir says high school, but they only focus on the latter part where he says elementary school.

I love Multimouse and the transformation this is why I love Kwamibuster and it's one of my favorite episodes because of Multimouse. Also I love the fact that Adrien almost found out that Marinette is Ladybug and the unify transformations are so cool. My favorite kwamis are Daisi the pig kwami and Dusuu the kwami for the peacock miraculous.

I have a weird memory of this episode where I was watching this and was trying to hurry up because my nana wanted to go to the Goodwill that just opened up in my area. I like to mention that Marinette was really struggling later in the episode where the miraculous symbols looked like they were disintegrating with every unification, also I love the camouflage forms for the miraculous when Marinette wears them. I wish Marinette had a different hairstyle in her civilian form so we wouldn't have a scene like in this episode.

To be honest Ms. Mendeleiev should of known better than to think that video tape is proof. Even without advance editing software I could easily fake that footage. It was just her swinging a butterfly net around randomly and then a piece of cheese slowly disappearing. She was out of the shot when it showed the cheese vanishing, which could be accomplished by stopping the camera, cutting off a piece of cheese, and starting it again. She was far enough away from the plate that the images could of been spliced if it was disappearing in the wide shot. Granted rather than taking her "proof" to the scientific community she took it to a TV show that seems to have a rather low bar for what they are willing to believe or at least air. Although I'm a bit surprised she couldn't convince the 8 year old.

YES VERY EARLY! i love this episode, ill say more after i watch the video. after finisishin the video, this is why i love this episode. Ths episode shows the consequences of what will happen if they reveal their identities, Ladybug or Chat noir, whoever revealed their identity, must renpunce their miraculous to protect themselves and their friends of families it also shows how smart marinette is, she is so very smart that many people didn't understand the mirage part when first watching it this is the debut of the mouse miraculous, (spoiler for this next part) which the future mouse miraculous holder gets much hate unification. being able to combine miraculous, the more you combine, the more out of control you will get, in the end, this is my favorite episode
