i have been looking for videos with all the moves because alot of people did the form and left out moves but with this, i am impressed! thank you.

Thank you for the demo. I just got promoted to the first dan and required to learn this. It's probably best to know the basic pattern before going to my next lesson and my sabum will then teach me on it.

Hey Alex, great video. This is Scott Brakefield from the old Nashville days. Still training, but finally decided to test for 3rd degree after 23 years. Have to relearn patterns and was coming up short on finding a decent video until I found yours

I dont think the pattern is done in a bad way, just some moves aren't performed properly
