Miss Kwestyon. I am also in chat support channel. I just want to confirm, How about if that magical is not accessible on our work system, can we download it in incognito so that we can use it? I think that's more efficient especially when we were having a dual chats, It's really hard to tailored fit to our responses especially when our customer is very furious about his/her concern.

To my knowledge, you can use Magical in Incognito mode but you still need to install it on the main Chrome browser. If you really cannot install it, I highly recommend bringing it to the attention of your Team Leads. Once they find what it can do, they might allow the IT to install it on your whole team's browsers.

According to some comments here, some call centers in the Philippines are actually already using Magical. So, if you bring up its usefulness, your TL might just listen. Show this video.

I don't see why they would if it's this useful to their agents. I've heard of some BPO companies outside the Philippines already using this. If for some reason they do block this, I suggest introducing this to someone higher up in your company (like your Team Lead) and demonstrate how helpful it is. It's a Chrome extension so as long as you use Chrome, you can use Magical.
