Hello ate. I've been watching your video ever since I decided to try BPO for the second time once again, just this July 2022 last week. Today, I applied for a job and didn't expect that I will pass, specifically for something that I had a hard time with - Voice Account, Telco at Alorica. I don't have any knowledge when it comes to this one so I really provided a time just to watch your video. And guess what? The day I applied is the day I passed the application processs. Hi this is my first time to comment your video but I watch your videos so often about a call center agent. I'm from Bukidnon and I'm one of the person want to be part of BPO industry. I applied 10 times in deferent BPO industry but I was got rejected!😅 then one time I tried again just once but I rejected again and again.😅 I'm so down that time and hopeless. I told my self that call center is not for all and not for me, so it's better to stop than wasting my time. I always dreaming to become a call center agent then one time I saw you on KZbin uploaded informative and stratigic videos about BPO industry then my rejection turns into my inspiration to pursue my dream to became a call center agent someday. One last time, again! I applied just this week in BPO and I was got hired and handling Financial account and it's still unbelievable.😅😁. I'm having my training now but I'm still don't believe to admit my self that I was passed the hiring process and what's in my mind, may be na HR was mistaken my application instead to other applicant.😂 I'm still hesitate to admit that I was hired but I'm really got hired.😊 I'm sharing this you to accept my sincere thank you and to be optimistic to others who want to became a call center agent someday as well.😊 Again, thank you so much and God bless as all.😊

Hello ma'am Kwestyon! by God's grace naipasa kopo yung tests and initial interview sa BPO company na inapplyan ko which Task Us company, and then this coming Monday magkakaroon po ako ng final interview at yung account po na ibinigay sa akin ay Financial Account, gusto ko lang po sana itanong kung ano po yung mga possible questions and then meron po kayong mock call din po doon? For instance, you are a 3rd party provider and the client was not aware that you are a 3rd party provider and they could technically purchase the product directly from the primary provider. The client threatens to report you to the ombudsman or fair trading.

Hi Miss Lods (idol). I really admire you a lot since I first saw a video of you giving tips on how to pass a job interview in BPO. You are a great help to many and I am one of those CCA aspirants. Sad to say, I somehow struggle about my communicating skills due to a bad life experience that happened to me recently in 2019 which caused me social anxiety and low self-esteem.
