*Notes* Listening lesson is underrated. There is no such thing as a good or bad listener. It is trained. Listen with your eyes - look for body language signs. Four simple keys to being a more effective listener: 1. Halt. Stop what you're doing, and your internal self-talk just be present. 2. Empathy, Engaging focus more, eye contact, ask them back. 3. Anticipate. Be in the right state. Where are they going what's they're gonna do? 4. Review. Mentioning some key points, ask clarifying questions?

Such an valuable explanation, people who are shy, want to improve your confidence, want to stand up forthemself all these people shud follow these steps..one shud be alert while listening to others..We need to share this video with others who are less fortunate n ignorant...
