Part2 7Reform- change, gonna change Re form something, like change ur voice, accent, echo Add novelty, new thing more 8Rise up n get out of the chair Move around As your body move your brain groves 9Recall memory technique Rhyming, acrostic, visualizatioj, chain linking, code system, good diet, killings ants, keep clean env. Etc 10Rations break it down in chunks, bite size Small amount take breaks Primency n recency- first n last 11Record Rehearse n listen it when abt to go to bed 12Rouse Trigger something, like smells is strong sense unique smell Like underwater, bring envior.. Two more RELAX dont stress, meditation 20 min, go in creative state at wake up Alpha, relax awareness Unconcious mind on work Visualize, deep breathing, certain music classical or nature REST where memory consolidated, sleeping state in dream

The last R is REWARD . Your mind needs it to accelerate itself. Reward yourself externally or internally.

Reflecting on Dialogue stood out to me the most, this one im going to really focus on and practice. Thank you!!!! These tips are really helpful especially since I’m just getting into acting.

My favorite tip was about novelty. I'm going to apply that a lot more, different voices or accents. I think that might trip the novelty of being in a new space when you go on set vs. practicing in your bedroom. We'll see...

the time immediately after i wrote the exam i used to feel sometimes that it is dream and iam walking in it it might be due to theta state

Believe me or not every single memory course is at least 50% copy of mega memory course. I have done mega memory course. It is free. So many courses are copy of mega memory.

If you're familiar with the techniques for memorising things, you know that he's not really teaching anything here about memorising scripts in a structured way in this podcast, just referencing a bunch of memory techniques to SEEM like his teaching you something so that you will buy his product.
