I've known about Jim for years now and this information never gets old. I found so much of this needed to be shared and told to so many people. I made a point to add a lot of this information to my business.

Thank you for this video. I learned that you really need to feel the emotions when telling yourself positive affirmations so that you can have the most benefits.

I'd add Katch yourself (yeah misspelled but AbraKadabra) when you do remember and Pat yourself on the back. My husband is a neuro-scientist and says so many of the same things Jim says. Love his videos and talks.

I think if you can assess your current and desired situation objectively and identify your strenghts you can than use those strenghts as a tool to fill in the gap between your current and desired states

ABRA A - Acknowledge - Acknowledge your self talk. Don't resist or it will persist. B - Breathe - relaxation and destress. Breath in what you want. R - Release - release what you don't want. Exhale the hurt. A - Align - create a new phrase or belief more aligned with who you are and what you want.

friends, my biggest takeaway from this episode: inhale and exhale, and think about who we really are and what we really want, those limitation may be trivial

Hello, I’m a fan of Kwik but this video has way too much ad talk (beginning and ending of the video) in it that brought me anxiety-I even wanted to share it with a friend initially but I thought it’ll bring more anxiety than it’ll actually help her. Teaching us acronyms to subscribe is just another way to brain wash us into another product which is not cool (toxic) and I wouldn’t want to see that with Kwik work which I consider more profound than this.
