Not with the effectiveness she has now, though. Blonde bomb is insane thanks to heat. The guns do ridiculous chip damage and wall blast from half screen. Her strings like df1,2 and b2,2 do WAY too much for her neutral game. She used to have to commit to being unsafe to get her big damage. Now she gets big damage even on block. She’s just a bit too much now.

If Nina doesn’t do anything after ss1 she’s -10. The character has to do something. So if there’s a failed cancel, she’s getting hit. May not be much, but it’s something. Also, if one simply uses a 10f jab, they can check Nina’s ss1 pressure. Check it out in practice mode.

I believe Jins should be negative if it had as much evasion as Hwo or Feng. I've been clipped more on Jins uf2 than when I play Hwo, so I do believe it has less evasion, but is still a great evasion tool. If Hwo had less evasion make it safe yeah. Seems like they want to make moves that serve the same purpose function differently (which is cool but only if done right), as it leaves the one with the worst variation wanting more. Like Jins being safe and CH knockdown/wallsplat, when it already has the positive of being safe on block with good evasion. Meanwhile Hwo may have a bit more evasion, but overall a move with worse properties and negative.
