Agar kis company se offer letter aa gya sath pre joing latter bhi aa gya to Absconding ho jab notice period me hai 1 months notice server kar liya hai kya 2nd company join kar sakate hain

Hi Sir, Maine ek company join kiya tha around waha 1 month kaam kiya than meri salary aayi toh thik uske third day maine personal problem ka bahana dekar bina kisi resignation diye unko apni problem batayi unko laptop hand over dekar waha se chala gaya. Kya isko abscond kaha sakta hai?

SIR, i joined start up organisation and after 2 months completion i absconding the company due health issues And now they want pay back this two months salary instead they will take leagal action So what will be further steps
