That big car made me feel intimidated. And then the P word topped it. I need 2 hours in a safe space now.

Why didn't Kabuki opt for the adjustable version of this 'bell,' as seen here - kzbin.info/www/bejne/pKine3mgebOAos0 Granted, there are some useability improvements (think Ironmaster 'Quick-Lock') that need to be added to the adjustable version. I'm still watching the "Kyubell Basics" video - maybe I'll soon understand why the adjustable version was not chosen at this time.

buy this guys dumbbell, he needs the money to finish his garage thing. in all seriousness, powerblocks are a whole lot "smarter" imo. this is a gimmick.

Man these look like junk and a gimmick in my opinion. Are these even adjustable? They don’t look like they are.

actually just received a pair of these and they are a trip. everything he says is true with some added benefits in chest fly and pressing motions as they keep more tension on the muscle due to how the angles affect the impact of gravity. I bought them as I am focusing on training with mechanical disadvantages rather than pure progressive overload to reduce the impact on my joints. weight is good but moving beyond pure weight really opens up your training options.
