महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी देने के लिए बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद। जैसे RO में जल का अधिकांश विटामिन और मिनरल नष्ट होजाते हैं वैसे ही केमिकल से रिफाइन करने से तेल के महत्वपूर्ण तत्व नष्ट होजाते हैं। सरसों के कच्ची घानी का तेल सबसे बेहतरीन है।

Kewal kachi ghani hi original oil hota hai…. Mein kachi ghani ka ki manufacturer hu isliye bata raha hu market mein jo oil mil rahe hai sab refined hai…. Yaha tak ki sarso bhi original nahi hai…. Doctor sab bhait nek karya kar rahe hai

I have stopped using refined oil long back. I use wood pressed mustard sunflower and peanut oil A2 ghee and Khapli atta only. These r expensive but if one can afford then must switch on to them.

शुद्ध सरसों, मूंगफली, तिल, नारियल के तेल या देसी घी से बढ़िया कुछ भी नहीं। तथा खाने में में मीठे के लिये सिर्फ देशी खांड / गुड़ और नमक सिर्फ सेंधा ही स्वास्थवर्धक है।

Dr Mishra well explained video on use of refined oils. But I will like to add another point about oils- we should not buy oils in bulk to make them last for longer time , as by so doing the good oils also will get oxidised and become unhealthy. Secondly if used in small amounts along with the other MUFA and saturated fat like desi ghee or butter, they may not be so harmful. Blended oils should be opted rather than single oils.

@@parveenkaur885 This video has explained cons ( disadvantages)of using refined oils regularly and excessively. You need to explore alternatives of the oils. There are other so many options out there you have but you need to choose whichever suits you and afford. Desi ghee, butter but not margerin, cannula oil from Kachi ghani it should be taken infront of you from an organic cannula which might also called mustard but I am not sure, coconut oil, olive Pamas oil and extra Virgin oil but care must be taken when used Oliva oils especially and must learn on what temperature should it be cooked and in which form should it consumed. You mentioned: 1. Refined is bad 2. Omega 6 is bad (all plant oil, including poly unsaturated) 3. Mustured is bad (banned in US, Europe) 4. Saturated is bad (dalda, ghee) In short, all oils are bad. Just extremely light amount if ghee or animal fat based oil is ok.

As u said there r only 2 unrefined oils......mustrad nd sunflower.....So can we use them regularly nd should we stop using refined oil totally as whenever we go to cardiologist for HT or Dyslipldemia they advise to use refined oil.....so it's really confusing. Olive oil can not be used in indian style cooking. Plz explain in ur next video.

Such a good speech on benefits of natural oil so to speak kachch ghanee oil contrary to refined oil. In recent past one prominent person in the world is of the opinion that trans fat on responsible for cardiac arrest rather than cholesterol, he did fight against the companies producing this kind of products.
