Dr. Praveen Tripathi is a renowned psychiatrist who practices in Delhi-NCR. He did his MBBS from the University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS, Delhi) and MD (Psychiatry) from the prestigious Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences (IHBAS, Delhi). He also underwent training at the world-renowned Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York, USA, and Kansas University Medical Centre, Kansas, USA. He is one amongst the few Indian doctors who have cleared the prestigious United States Clinical Skill examination that evaluates a doctor's clinical competency. Dr. Tripathi underwent training in the use of transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy from Harvard Medical Centre, which is the topmost medical college in the USA.

Tell me something for sleep because I do not feel like studying in IAS, but I am preparing for IAS but due to lack of sleep, the head is facing a lot of trouble, there are dark circles in the eyes, Sir please some such measures for sleep. Tell me that sleep can also come in the study, that means full focus in reading, because of the lack of sleep in the mind, head anger also comes.

Namaste sir. I am insomniac person. I hardly sleep only for 2 to 3 hours though I go to bed on time. I was taking mirtazapine 7.5 mg for my illness i.e. F33. I stopped it now. I am having chronic problem of insomnia. I do yoga daily by following the tips of yoga experts for insomnia. it's only helping me 20%. All my symptoms of F33 have been gone after taking treatment from psychiatrist for 8 years. I need your advice sir. Thanks!
