धन्यवाद Sir मैं 48 साल का हूं,पहले रात में भी आठ नौ घंटे सोता था और दोपहर में 2 घंटे अब रात में साढ़े सात और दोपहर में मात्र 15 से 20 मिनट क्या सही है मैं थोड़ा टेंशन ले लेता हूं

Sleep 8 hours. Not 6 hours, 5 hours. Because of every person need to seelp at least 8 hour's. If no one will sleep 8 hours so then they might lose their body

You need to make certain changes in your life so that your perspective about life, about the world and the people around you changes. This becomes possible when you practise the things under someone’s supervision who is expert in dealing with this kind of problems.
