It would be a great idea for sound attention if you don't have the suspension machine you can always use suspension clamps do not take the nut off the top or it may kill you on this ring flying out and taking your head off but if you had sound you could actually tell them that but if you're still alive and not realising that you need to have a machine or suspension clamps or you read this in time make sure you get suspension comes and it would be advisable to a metal vice to clamp shock because if the clamps moved they could slip off and the spring will come flying at you if you take the suspension Mount off good luck people keep safe

Bjr. J ai changé mes roulements et mes butées caoutchouc mais au remontage y’a une butée à billes qui nageait dans une butée en caoutchouc contrairement à l autre. Pouvez-vous m aider pour savoir si c est normal. Merci

removing the driveschaft and trackrod is quite a lot of unnecessary work in my honest opinion. I personally remove y suspension multiple times per year and I have never done that... I also prefer to use copper grease on the lower part of the shock to facilitate installation and removal ;)

Très bon boulot mais c'est inutile de remettre la rondelle en plastique sous l'écrou de la rotule de direction. À la base quand l'écrou est neuf la rondelle est conique pour plaquer le cone de la rotule dans le pivot pour éviter la rotation de la rotule au serrage mais une fois démontée elle ne sert à rien. C'est pour ça qu'à l'origine c'est des écrous à usage unique. Ceci dit aucun souci de remettre le vieil écrou mais sans la bague qui ne sert à rien sauf vous gêner pour le vissage.

Bonjour Eric, a tout hasard, comment feriez vous pour sortir la rotule de suspension inférieur du moyeu sans leur outil(le spacer tool) ? (je suis coincé ici, elle se bloque a mi-course et veux pas sortir grrrr) Merci de votre réponse ^^

Rémi Bonnaud il faut prévoir une bonne barre genre baramine et peut-être penser à désacoupler la barre stabilisatrice qui peut brider le train avant et gêner le désacouplement. Bonne chance

Merci bien ! Mais déjà tenter, elle est vraiment bien bloqué dans le moyeu... Je vais tenter de bricoler un outil comme le levier de bras de suspension qu'on voit dans la vidéo.

bonjour messieurs, j'ai le meme problème au detail pret que la rotule n'est meme pas sortie d'un millimetre apres plusieurs essais, type de levier et meme tenter d'écarter la gorge de serrage...
