Mr. Zubrin echoes my uncle, who told me in the 70ties that Europe shouldn’t count on the USA to rescue them again. Luckily the USA is still willing to help Europe again. But I think that the European leaders have to step up and make us save themselves. This is the time with an enemy that should unites us! Slava Ukraine, Heroyam slava! Robert Zubrin is spot on with his assessment of what is at stake with this conflict. The Alliance must not falter in its support for truth and freedom, and success here will be critical for realizing the coming environmental and economic revolution that will help the world navigate a myriad of interconnected crises. Giving into fear will only unleash devastation and darkness. Glory to Ukraine!

Relying alltogether too much on the USA is a little bit of an "all eggs in one basket" strategy. However not even NATO has to be totally reliant on the USA. Nor does Ukraine. And to be fair, the USA has been advocating for increased defence spending in Europe for years. Ukraine does not have to try to solve defending against Russia by it self in the future. Like for any other country in the free world, it should be done in cooperation. Ukraine has to become member of the EU and NATO - for the sake of everyone wanting to live in a free world! It's not a question of some sort of favor given to Ukraine, it's a matter of mutual security. That sayed, the USA is a cornerstone contributor to the defence of the free world. And in the - unlikely - event it should change, it would be a huge problem.

Great interview and Robert Zubrin was right in every aspect. Ukraine's biggest mistake was being forced into returning Soviet stationed nukes for the assurance, not a guarantee, of being free and independent from the Soviet yoke in1994 at the Budapest memorandum. There was a false believe in the West post Soviet regime collapse that Perestroika and Glasnost policies will ring in long lasting democratic values and enduring changes in Russia and, therefore, the arms race of the 80s was considered over. The failed coup to overthrow Gorbachev in 1991, the first Chechen War from1994-96, the soft coup of Yeltsin in 1999, then the second Chechen War from 1999-2009 should have been an eye opener. While the Europeans decommissioned a lot of their military capabilities the Russians renewed theirs and went on offensive. The second mistake was made by France and Germany at the 2008 NATO Summit in Bucharest when they denied Ukraine and Georgia the NAP, NATO Action Plan, despite the approval of the Bush administration. One can only hope at this NATO Summit in Vilnius the NAP for Ukraine will be approved. The third mistake as Robert has mentioned the lack of interest or weakness of the Obama administration regarding Putin's involvement in Syria, Georgia and Ukraine. The fourth mistake was during the Trump years when he and his administration took sides with the authoritarians of the world rather than stand up for democratic values. Although, I have to give Trump credit for criticizing NATO members lack of contribution to the organization and that he would pull the US out of NATO. Was he speaking in code or half truths suggesting that he know already what was going to happen on Feb. 24, 2022. 🇺🇦 Sláva Ukrayíni! 🇺🇦 Heróyam sláva! 🇺🇦

I can hear the anger in his voice re: Russia’s inability to tell the truth in anything. I feel the same way !!! I am amazed at how they are not ashamed to DELIbERATELY LIE . They deliver these lies with a straight face even if their audience knows the truth. Recall Lavrov’s speech in India where he said they didn’t start the war and his audience laughed with derision!! Yet he didn’t show any embarrassment ! Amazing

Not really on topic but it's IMPORTANT information for the Ukrainian farmers. The draining of the reservoir gives farmers access to some of the RICHEST soils on earth. If the farmers, people who live nearby, can get to those soils, make sure the soil is dry, and move it onto the lands, the coming YEARS of farm production will be much higher. Trucks, tractors obviously need to avoid mines, but it's well worth doing for Ukraine economy. Please contact the appropriate person in the right Ministry and start this as soon as absolutely possible.

“Laughing at the truth” is something Russia does daily that is terrifying. This being the first “Space Based” war is a great point! There will not be peace with the expansion of planets though. Building up the Ukrainian Air Force to have 300 pilots capable of flying F-16Vs and other 4.5+ gen Western jet fighters will take years including 2023, 2024, and beyond. Ukraine should be looking at its 15 year olds, its 16 year olds, its 17 year olds, and its 18+ year olds and selecting those that would make great pilots and also make sure they know English. Then the West should be training them so that one day they will be ready to defend the skies of Ukraine against this potential second war. It sounds like a big task so think of it as a squadron of 12 planes, 12 pilots, and the ground crews at a time. How many pilots and ground crews can the US train? 36 pilots for 3 squadrons? Then how many pilots can other NATO countries train? At least another 36 at a time. So then we'd have 72 pilots and ground crews for 72 planes being trained simultaneously. It won't take too long then to reach a goal of 300 pilots and 300 modern jet fighters.

Your theory of the colonization of other planets, a violation of the boundaries set by the Father. Iedifices... another place, it is written, Knowledge puffs up, but Love edifies... How Jesus will deal with such behavior, direct rebellion of Yahwehs realm. I pray that you all come to see.

#jojjeja9371 , I would not be so sure. In fact, I believe that you are totally wrong. Many people may realise that there could or would be a significantly worse occurrence, for them, than a 3rd World War. That would be subjugation, subordination and domination by an aggressive, totalitarian state such as the Russian Federation headed by the present Russian political and military establishment and all the other Russian media and institutional hangers-on. Russia, in Ukraine over the past ten years, and more particularly over the last eighteen months has shown us every reason for which a 3rd World War would and should be fought. I believe that it is far more likely that Russia will be exterminated, unless they realise the immensity of the opposition. Frankly, people in the free world have come to the stage of realising that if Putin will not back down, he and the Russian political and military establishment will have to be taken down, by whatever means necessary. ** Ukraine CAN NOT allow Russia to succeed in its stated or unstated goals and objectives. If they did, Ukraine would no longer continue to exist. ** The world WILL NOT allow Russia to achieve its goals and objectives, in particular with regard to Ukraine, because that sort of "diplomacy", enforced at the barrel of a gun is no longer acceptable. Also for the sake of Ukraine and many other countries that have expressly rejected the idea of being subordinate to the Russian Federation. The World will not continue to be held hostage under the continuing threat of nuclear weapons. If it works once that demand will continue to be made with every bite that Russia wishes to take. That possibility cannot be countenanced by any of the Free World {west aligned} countries. It will simply not be accepted. Even in the comments under many videos, I have noticed people coming to the point of saying: "We do not want to have to put up with this nuclear blackmail any longer, let's have it out. If you want to use nuclear weapons - go ahead. The response, by the Free World {west aligned} countries, will be an absolutely devastating barrage of conventional weapons. Russia will lose everything including all military; army, air-force and navy assets. If that is the way that you want to go - Bring It On. Do your damndest, we've had enough of your vile, vitriolic, malevolent Russian rhetoric." You might also remember #jojjeja9371 and #rajakc1514 , by your statements "No one is willing to risk ww3 for Ukraine, ...." and threats "Do that and you will be exterminated." (sic) that you were among the ones who brought this on yourselves, your families, communities, cities and country. You will all have to wear the consequences, because it is not a one-way threat. It is not just a matter of Putin threatening the rest of the world. Do not mistake caution, respect and concern for others, as examples of fear and trepidation. The time is coming and it may be sooner than you think. You had better hope that the political and military structure in Russia destabilises and needs to be propped up, because the alternatives could be devastating for you and all that you know. We are prepared to stand and fight and you had better believe that for your own sakes.
