This is it, the reaction of our panel at the not guilty verdict in the case of Kyle Rittenhouse. Kyle acted in justifiable self defense and was cleared of all charges against him. The case should have never been close. The facts and law have supported a claim of self defense from day one. The interests of justice have been served this day.
Big thanks to my Panel during this trial, I couldn't have done it without you: ‪@NateTheLawyer‬ ‪@UncivilLaw‬ ‪@LegalMindset‬ ‪@LegalBytesMedia‬ ‪@GoodLawgic‬ ‪@VivaFrei‬ ‪@HoegLaw‬ ‪@AttorneyTom‬ ‪@TheEmilyDBaker‬ ‪@roncolemanlaw‬ ‪@HumanEvents‬

As TJC said it can set precedents, and Kyle, in every interview and media appearance I’ve seen since, has seemed like the most mature 18 year old I’ve ever even heard of. Here in U.S.A. we have been infiltrated by evil ones trying to destroy the most prosperous form of government. Our founding fathers warned us this could happen but we paid little attention thus a world wide predicament is on our backs. We patriots of a nation founded on moral judaic/christain principals will fight to restore a noncorrupt government but to me it looks like in just a few years GOD will do a worldwide reset. MALACHI 3 or 4? says that when HE acts the firiey wings of the sUn will make crispy ashes of the evil ones and release the righteous from prison to trample the ashes into the earth. Sorry I couldn't quote that exactly. I love the translation in the hebrew christain bible I am now studying.

@Mostaverse They aren't fleeing corruption; we both know that. They are moving to countries that support them exceedingly well -- much better than our own poor, chronically ill, or elderly. It's called "migration jihad," and jihad is a commandment in their ideology of world domination: they must all commit physically aggressive acts against the infidel. A century ago, the Bolsheviks wrote about flooding Europe with Africans and Middle Easterners. Their reasons were two-fold: to do away with Europeans, and to create a population that is easier to control than Europeans are. In the Bolsheviks' own words, "we cannot rule in an organized, European society." You'll never guess which country they saw as the pinnacle of European, hence world, society, back over a century ago. Hint: what is today the most vilified country on earth, accused of heinous acts in the 1930s and 1940s that, in reality, the Bolsheviks carried out on their own people and others. I'm hoping the Rittenhouse case opens Europeans' eyes to the importance of being able to defend oneself against violent people.

Unlike that kid who shot four people at his school, got out on light bail, and had a party at home for his release, I suppose Kyle's family will crack open a can of Campbell's soup, and try to choke down a few spoonfuls between their sobs of relief. The fact the judge dismissed the charges with prejudice after the verdict means Kyle was always going to end up free, the judge had the jury deliberate to ensure Kyle had his chance to be found not guilty by the jury. Also seems like the judge is effectively seconding the jury's verdict.

Dismissal with prejudice is the result of the jury's verdict. The judge declaring so after the verdict is rendered is a mere formality that would have happened after a NG verdict even if the prosecution wasn't dirty as hell. Now, I think there is a decent chance the judge might have done so if they came back with a guilty verdict, but it's worth noting him doing so after a not guilty verdict does not mean this is the case.

I was worried the jury would collapse under the pressure of the threats. Thank god justice won!

Justice is the most beautiful thing a man can see. Freedom is the sweetest thing a man could taste. Vindication is the most powerful thing a man could feel.

Something to think about: Kyle is a good, decent young man. Even before this horrible tragedy, his was not an easy life. His parents divorced - his mom was barely able to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table --- YET --- Kyle did not turn to drugs or gangs -- His very core nature was one of simple decency. He wanted to be an EMT or firefighter --- He was active in their youth programs. He spent the day of this tragedy cleaning graffiti off buildings. Yet --- how often do we hear when a 17 year old gang banger murders in cold blood, that they couldn't help themselves because of coming from a deprived socio-economic background" Or that they were raised by a single parent? In those case they try to rationalize their bad choices and make them a victim of birth or circumstance. Trust me -- Kyle's childhood resonates within me --- Many have poor childhoods, many are borne into very dysfunctional or poor families but just as those borne into stable, well off families, we all have free will. We make choices - some good, some bad. But they are the choices *we* make. Bless and keep Kyle, his family and the jurors and judge, safe.

I’m glad that the jury didn’t cave to the mob, but I’m pissed that this kid lost a year of his life because of the media.

This clip is like a really good track on an album. The type you just replay and replay as soon as the album drops.

Watched your channel ( found entirely by accident and hoping for more like accidents) for this entire trial sir. Thank you for doing what you did. Over 100K viewers damn near everyday. Explaining everything from the view of a lawyer “dumbed” down for the general public. Again I want to say thank you, to you and everyone that joined on your feed.
