I think the whole world is obsessed with everything Kardashian. But people seem to be extra curious about Kylie Jenner. Already the teen mom has bounced back to her pre-baby body and is looking better than ever. So what does Kylie actually do? How does she have those voluptuous hips and that tiny waist? Whether it's plastic surgery or genetics and hard work, I guess we'll never know for sure. But what we do know is that her fitness trainer Gunnar Peterson shared her workout routine with us, so you know what that means, right? I've gotta try it!

2) Single leg lunges x 15
3) Skater lunge x 15
4) Side lunges x 15
5) Stability ball leg curls x 15
6) Lat pulldowns x 15
7) Dumbbell rows x 15 ea
8) Dumbbell bicep curls x 15
9) Crunches x 25
10) Reverse crunches x 25
11) Ball throws x 25
12) Mountain Climbers x 60 sec
13) Plank x 90 sec

I think they symbolise everything that is wrong with society today, but I don’t dislike them. I still watch the show, but mainly because they are so different to anyone I’ll ever meet or know and their lifestyles are so foreign to me 🙂

Remember Cassey always says you should strive to be the best version of yourself, not to try to be like anybody else, she is only trying out different celebrities work outs without promising your body will look like theirs. Also, she is a very positive person whom dislikes shaming others so she will never badmouth "fake" people, so lets just discuss the actual workout (which is actually a good one) and not the celeb.

yes! even if someone is completely surgery free, if you follow their workout regimen to a T you will still never look like them because of genetic variation! it's just a fun series to see celebrity workouts and people should be more positive!

I am a whole sweaty mess after this but I've been doing these workouts since like February or March and I have honestly slimmed down and lost so much weight (almost 20 lbs!!). I am so happy my friend showed me this channel and I enjoy how good I feel after a workout. Keep it up girl you're killing it!

The modifications I did without the ball were for the ball roll things I did glute bridges and then walked my heels out and brought them back in, and for the ball throws I did squats touching the floor. Hope that helps!

Great series, really enjoying the range of workouts on this channel. Totally in a weight lifting phase too, so I love that it can be incooperated with pop pilates! Wondering if a longer series of workouts (like 30-45 minute sessions, a la Popsugar style) would ever be in the mix for Blogilates? I love what the free monthly calendar provides and PIIT28, but curious about longer serialized workouts focusing on the various muscles groups. I'd be very interested to see. Love this channel and always look forward to see what Cassey and co do next!!

I am really loving these routines, regardless if they are the authentic workouts these celebrities actually do or not, they are AMAZING workouts and they are really kickin my butt!! will love to do many more!!, super great motivator! I saw in the comments someone suggested Shakira's workout I think that would be super! she is in such a great shape and now more than ever, so I would love to see what she's been up to in the gym or home workouts department =) thank you so much for this series

I absolutely love you Cassey and been doing your workouts for 4 years. Concerning this workout, I didn't really feel like it was possible to do at home. It is more of a gym workout in my opinion, which is great, just not something I would do at home. Love you! You're awesome

Bob Saget ehh not really, she's young and naturally lanky if anything she needs to eat in a calorie surplus to keep her fat in place...had to gain weight to get her initial BBL...and now that she had a baby just suck the fat out...simple if you have the money

This workout was AMAZING!! I liked this the best out of the celebrity workout videos you've done, because it really worked well on the whole body and it was heavy, but with good modifications available! To the rest of you who might be doing this at home but dont own a pair of weights, I put some heavy bricks in small bags and used that as weights/kettlebells and it worked great! 😂😂😂 Keep up the great work Cassey!!

So this video was the first "big kid" calendar work out that I did. (I just finished the beginner calendar) Throughout the workout, I was like "Yea I can do this, this is great!" Then the video ended and my legs went NOPE turning to jello where I stood. This workout is a sneaky killer!

LOVED this workout video, Cassey! I saw it was a long one- 24 min. Should I have done extra reps? I did 3 reps of each set. I feel amazing though. & I agree with you, this one, Kim K's, & Beyonce's are my favorite and go to videos so far. I'm loving these videos cause they incorporate weights! Which was something I was hoping to see more of in your videos. I love this series. For next week's celebrity workout, I would really appreciate seeing J.Lo, Shakira or Taraji P. Henson! All STONG, BAD @$$ WOMEN!

Any workout tips for someone who has weak wrists? I get tendonitis a lot and I can't press my hands down flat on something for very long because it hurts my wrists so it's hard to do pushups and things like that. Love all your videos I've been watching for years and they just keep getting better!

I have the same problem. Instead of planting my palms on the ground, I make fists, like Cassey does in this video, and it relieves the pain. My wrists still get exhausted after a while, but I can still do many moves like planks and push ups with good form.

I wish I had all the equipment you did because since you did heavy weights and things you went slower but for me with just my body weight, it was like a walk in the park (until that plank at the end) but I still was worked so it’s all good! Maybe I should get some dumbbells haha

Mylenschki ich bin zwar nicht cassey aber bin selber OP-Schwester :) mit den normalen Pilates workouts von ihr wirst du wahrscheinlich keinen Asthma Anfall bekommen, da sie eher auf einzelne Muskeln zielen als auf die Ausdauer. Ich würde für den Anfang viel spazieren gehen (am besten bergauf) und Übungen mit eigenem Körpergewicht machen. Außerdem würde ich Rücksprache mit meinem Arzt halten. Wandern hilft wirklich, ich habe eins Freundin mit Asthma gehabt. Sie war am WE immer mit ihren Ellis unterwegs wandern und sie war immer die erste im Cross Lauf bei uns 😂😂 Hauptsache bewegen :)

Mylenschki I have asthma and when it’s bad I just do light cardio and weights like the stair master on level 5 instead of 13 and weights obviously shouldn’t effect your asthma
