I just think it's one of her ''concentrating on the arts'' periods, again. I hope she comes modern after it, just like with On A Night Like This/Fever album after the whole experimental phase she had back in the 90s. We don't know what she wants, maybe she wants to just do mature stuff for a while and enjoy music. + This year we are kind of celebrating her old stuff... She'll be modern next year, prolly, I just hope the PR will be great, I'm sure the music will be awesome!

Another thing, that the new music could be well suited for the new fans, while not so well for the others, or vice versa. Not so easy at all. But I think if Kylie keeps on focusing on her live singing, she'll find the right way! (Till then I'm happy with the back catalog.)

I don't think that blurry image is because of her aging look. She shouldn't, she looks great at her age - and simply irresistible with her 500GW smiles :-))). Regarding the "plastic jobs", you are mistaken. What you can see is not the result of botox, etc., but the hormone therapy (and weight increment) after her cancer treatments. This had a positive effect even on her singing voice! This is some good sides of an otherwise tragic thing.

I am a huge fan of Kylie so I am fully aware of all her music - thanks. I have been listening since 1989 and watched nearly every performance. Simply making the point after 25 years, the back catalogue has been played to death and in my opinion is simply over relied on to generate more revenue for the record company. I'm little selfish: I well know that Kylie could sing better a very big number of songs usually by others (a natural born singer), so, to satisfy ME she just have to sing, sing, sing, sing, and sing, anything and everything :-). But you're right, a future vision on how to please masses remains a question. (MANY of the great singers dimmed after the breakthrough, some of them went even to self-destruction.) But Kylie and the Team loves to play around, and that is a very good starting point.
