As a new USA fan! This is my favorite album from her. It really stands and work even well today. Step back in time is my favorite track.

It’s also interesting because as I’ve said on other channels. These two cds remind of what the black gospel and RnB artists were doing at this time. I think that she was aiming for an American audience but it was only promoted overseas. I could definitely see why some people shook their heads. Johnny Gill Kirk Franklin and SWV come to my when listening to these two albums.

It’s my favorite “old” album from her. I love Fever, Lightyears and I have a special spot for X.

@@Pinkladyisv it’s defiantely good. She marketed to us in really odd ball way sort of like Shakira. --🤔. But she didn’t quite catch on as big for some odd reason. Idk y.

These Deep Dives are an absolute treat. What a revelation into an ICONIC album. Crazy to think it wasn’t that successful on release…

This was and will always remain my fav of hers, and at the time I was the only one in my friend group who openly liked her and was taken the mick out of for it. Thanks for a great 30 mins of nostalgia

My favourite Kylie album. Love what Michael Jay had to say about his experience with Kylie: "Happy to see Kylie Minogue getting so much great press following her spectacular performance at Glastonbury as a living legend. Of all the artists I've worked with, Kylie Minogue was always one of my favorites." I'd love to hear the other track they wrote together.

"Better The Devil You Know" was on the soundtrack of a film titled "If Looks Could Kill" back in ’90 or '91. I used to work at the record store Musicland at the time, and there was actually a single of it. I used to have it. It's a picture of Richard Greico (the star of the film) sitting on the hood of a red sports car. It even came on the radio late at night in Detroit on 96.3 FM. They would also play "Wouldn't Change A Thing", too.
