The difference between Kylo and Ben’s fighting style is the exact same difference between Anakin and Vader’s. Anakin and Ben are lighter on their feet and more swift with every movement. Vader and Kylo are more heavy and powerful with every movement, choosing to overwhelm their opponents with sheer physical power over speed.

Like grandfather like grandson. Their styles are almost the same except Kylo is more flexible and nimble than Vader at the same time both of them rely on speed and power simultaneously

It really is too bad that Kylo is so useless in these movies. He really should've be a total badass, since the character kinda demands it and since he is a Skywalker. Being the son of Han Solo should actually fuse the Skywalker line'sraw ability/force sensitivity with the iconoclasm and out-side of the box thinking that's a trait of Han's. That alone should make him the most powerful character in all of the movies. Since the Jedi's (and Vader's) weakness are their bagage and the mental limits imposed by the Jedi training and heritage. Kylo has none of that.

What part of this trilogy is making you think he isn’t a complete powerhouse? -Dropped a hut on Luke so hard he knocked him unconscious. -Skilled with Force Stasis and Mind Probe. -Tanked a shot to the gut from Chewie’s Bowcaster, which repeatedly was shown to obliterate people. -Proceeded to toy with Finn, who by no means is a Jedi but is slightly Force-Sensitive and tagged him. After which, he dispatches of him with ease. -Loses to Rey, a Palpatine, whilst off his game. Later proves definitively he is the better duelist even after she trained for a year with Leia, a Skywalker, who was trained by Luke. -Outsmarted Snoke and proceeded to take down the majority of the Praetorian Guard, who were trained to take on Luke Skywalker should it come to it. -Exceptional pilot able to single handedly take on a Resistance cruiser and sabotage it. -Single handedly defeat the Knights of Ren, who whilst nowhere near his level of skill were still force sensitive warriors who outnumbered him. What more does this man need to do to earn your respect? I swear, if there was one scene of him moving like he was in the Prequels you’d be losing your mind?

The Force unfortunately could not accept a Palpatine and a Skywalker duo living together in love and peace. That in itself would bring imbalance to the Force as well.

Force Awakens WILL ALWAYS BE the best one of the new Trilogy. It was the one NO ONE believed in. NO ONE! The whole internet thought the cross guard light saber was stupid, they were racist about the black storm trooper, they were sexist about Rey...it was a cluster fuck, and everyone wanted to hate this fucking movie trilogy before it even got started. THEN THE FUCKING BLASTER BOLT STOP SCENE HAPPENS, AND AFTER FIN HAS THE BLOODY HAND PRINT LEFT ON HIS HELMET, AND THIS FUCKING MOVIE MADE IT CLEAR IN LESS THAN FIVE FUCKING MINUTES THAT IT WASN'T FUCKING AROUND LIKE THE PREQUELS WERE. Star wars 7 Understands 4, 5 and 6. It understood what made the OG ones great, and it STOOD ON ITS SHOULDERS. Kylo Ren was IMMEDIATELY my favorite fucking character and I went OMG and SADISTICALLY CHEERED WITH SHOCKED GLEE that they had the fucking GUTS to be as brutal as they had been with Kylo. Vader was a chivalrous, if relentless and merciless knight... Kylo? Kylo is a sadistic nasty motherfucker when he gets mad, and that chivalry that he CAN have will be tossed out the window in ways that Vader NEVER reached in terms of sheer cruelty. That scene where he's melting Fins fucking FLESH with his quillons was easily one of the darkest moments in all of Star Wars, and it cemented the new trillogy forever as having made its mark. That was the scene that did it. Finn and Kylo and Rey set up the whole fucking series, and they spent the next 2 movies dicking these 3 about apart from each other. It was fucking AWFUL.

In my opinion kylo ren was the reason i watched the sequel trilogy he should of been the main character i understand the sequel trilogy are alright movies but kylo ren is the best character in the sequel
