This is absolutely a stunning view of this Cornwall beach... does the sand between the 2 beaches disappear at high tide... just a curious California gramma who would love to be there. Thank you Ann! :-) It certainly is a stunning location here in South West England. I believe that the sand between the two beaches does disappear at high tide. The beach can look very different at various times of the day, so I was so glad to have caught it just a the right time, when the tide was low and the evening light was just perfect. Lots of beautiful drone shots. Could you offer any advice on how I can get permission to fly in this area as its so close to the RAF base and mostly national trust land. Who are the best contacts to help?

Local ATC gave permission via the local RAF airbase, and the drone settings fixed so it wouldn’t fly above 200ft. National Trust informed too with flight permission granted after 6PM/peak beach time.
