You don't need to use blender to make vegan butter. This is so simple and easy to make and very delicious. Gluten-free/Soy-free/Less Fat/Inexpensive to make.
Kyong’s Butter, Vegan
1 T chickpea flour
½ c water
½ c coconut oil
½ tsp salt
1 tsp nutritional yeast flakes, optional
Put chickpea flour and water in a small sauce pan, and mix well. Cook on medium high and cook until thicken. Transfer into a small mixing bowl. Place coconut oil in a micro oven for 35 seconds until it turned into liquid. Add coconut oil, salt, and nutritional yeast flakes in the chickpea flour mush. Mix well until all creamy. Place it in a refrigerator until it will have butter texture. Using it for butter on toasts, crackers, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, etc. Delicious! It freezes well.
