I think you are right. I don't think they put a darn bit of lock tyte on anything. Even the grub screw inside the axle end didn't have any.

Do you think you moved the meshing on this video there by causing the stripping of the small gear in future video?

I’m usually good about my gear meshes. Still stripped not one but like 3 gears. And not even from the external teeth, my gears would round out inside (the lip that’s supposed to catch the gear shift pawl). I just received a steel set of gears that I saw now available for these. I’m going to be putting that on and hopefully that’s the end of that issue for a little bit.

@@edrc1793 Do you have the link to them? I would love the get them. They were released because of the new USA 1 correct? Glad to see the parts will continue to be available. now we need Kyosho to make some of those upgrades again, metal bottom protector.

I don't like the new design. 4 link instead of the trailing arm design prior. I wonder if they will run out of spare parts. :( Well oh well.

Unfortunately I do not run this truck much because I do not find it very strong. It's my first solid axle truck also and I do not feel it handles well also (to be expected I guess). I would not buy this again. I will make a follow up video soon. Thanks for watching.

The one you just put red locktyte on you will never get off without a torch. Not the best idea.
