I have changed my stock plastics over to a lexan body. It takes more of a beating than the hard plastics and holds paint better. I am about to paint my 3rd bike body. I just got it cut out last nite. Ill try and get a quick video of some of the options ive come up with. Can u link me the battery please? Im running a 6000kv brushless setup and having issues with battery fitment on mine. NiMh isnt an option for me. Thanks for the great video.

A Top build. 👏👏 Heres a fun fact 🤨 for next trivia night the NS (yep I needed to know) in NSR = Nikasal Sulphate the special bore treatment Honda used on these bikes.. without it the engines were apparently hand grenades...

Tamiya model paint .Tiny cans. Make sure to clearcoat over the paint, then decal, then clearcoat again for best durability! Enjoy, you will have a blast with this kit!

Hi how much weight did u put on a 900mah lipo? Also my rider's half body keeps popping off from the base. Can you glue it somehow?

I didn't glue my body. On mine it "clicks" into place and stays pretty well. Hot glue is a good option so that it's still removable. I need to weigh the steel weight, I honestly don't know how much it is. Feels like 3 US quarters for reference...

Mine would pop off when I crash it. I used a small...SMALL amount of superglue. The battery tray also comes off so people tend to glue the cowl and fairing.

How does it balance without a gyro or flywheel? I want one, but I am worried about parts support.

It's like Magic but the design of the front fork makes the bike self-righting. The stock kit comes with a wheel weight for the front wheel that acts like a gyroscope/flywheel. But it's not necessary, it just makes it more stable. I removed it. Physics! It's mind-blowing, but works better than you can even imagine. Parts are not hard to come by and if you keep the brushed system it's rare to break anything on the kit! Get one!!

Does the chain stretch significantly and need frequent replacement?

@@jguillermoii Chain doesn't really stretch but the plastic mount will slide and require occasional adjustment. I've never broken a chain in dozens of hours of riding
