Just bought a kyosho stearman myself after seeing your videos. I got lucky finding it never flown only missing dummy radial. Hope to find one as nice as what you have to replace it. Keep up the great videos and may all your ups be to the blue skies

The Stearman, particularly with that paint job, is one of the most beautiful airplanes ever built, and the engine sound of the 4 stroke compliments the plane. Well done guys!

Always a pleasure gentleman.👍I have one foam plane and probably 30 balsa planes. The balsa definitely holds up better ,some are 40 years old and still flying. 👍

Great flight Captain Blaz & nice to see pilot Robert is healing and without a sling. Haven't done any flying since I was a teenager & that was control line C/L. Now approaching 70, but still love seeing the old 4 stroke motors and balsa planes. Wish some entrepreneurs would try reverse engineering some of the foam planes into balsa ones and maybe encourage some manufacturers to rethink producing balsa models for sale. Love you guys and what you do for the hobby.

Big Salute to both of you from your friends Mike and Richie in Massachusetts, USA! We love glow motors and balsa too....we've been flying them since we were kids in the 1960's. Liked and subscribed to your channel, hope you'll visit ours! Have fun!

We have one of these and three AT-6's at the airport near my house in Texas, and they fly together over my house on a regular basis on the weekends. Although the FS 61 sounds good, it doesn't sound nearly as good as those four radials flying together. Pilot Robert, I wish you a speedy recovery!

kyosho! I hadn’t heard that for a few years. I had one of their 30 helicopters years ago. The guy operating the camera really captured the flight. At times it looked like a real Stearman! I wonder if he could do that one handed? Oh wait....he DID! Hope the hand is getting better, what a beautiful evening to fly!

Ok, after work today I run to the KZbin channel and watch you both. The PT-17 is a very sexy plane! It flys so well! Now Robert said that he wasn't going to "CLICK" anymore this year! So if we see Robert with bandages on both hands, then we will know his wife helped him to stop "CLICKING". But, clicking is so much fun!! So here's a tip for all the clickers out there. It's ok to click, but the trick is to meet the delivery man at an undisclosed location!! Oh, ya! Big salute from Drummond to

Love the Stearman. I have a foamy only. A few of my planes idle a little fast and make landings interesting. The only trouble with deadsticks is you are committed to get the plane down. No go arounds.
@stevearmett15655 жыл бұрын
I love the cross wires on the wings and tail beautiful ! You just don't have that detail on a foam plane. The Byplanes have more lift as they have two flying surfaces rather than one. I think everyone should have a byplane in the hangar. Mine is a Bucker Jungman 6ft wingspan with a 26cc 2 stroke petrol engine glides amazing a real buzz to fly !
