still no pain as of now! thank you 🥺 pre-surgery i would get pretty bad back pain when i travel, so this is a huge improvement ❤️

I have 1,5 months past , I don’t have pain but I feel the metal in my back - I guess it will take some time to get used to! How about you?

for me, i started to feel "normal" again at the ~2 month mark, although everyone's recovery journey looks different 🥺 it takes time, but it does get better! so proud of you & sending you big hugs! 🤍🤍
