Feel like it'd almost be worth building a rack to hold a spare front wheel with a fat trail or enduro tire to swap in for the descents. Extra 2kkg for rack and wheel would be worth IMO

Nice update Joe. A word on those Sawyer filters: the seam welded bladder can split, especially when the filter itself starts to block up from use and you have to squeeze harder. Grab yourself a crunchy PET plastic water bottle with a screw cap from one of the Dairy/magazines and it should screw onto the filter. They are much tougher.

hi Joe, in the video the very brief glimps of your bike suggest you are using a drop bar. What's your bike setup and why the switch from flat to drop bars?
