Congrats on the excellent 2024 season with Silk Road and Tour Divide etc! Beast! Question for you: If one were to race Tour Te Waipounamu, and could choose between a hardtail or a short-travel "downcountry" full suspension MTB, which would you recommend? I'm keenly watching this event and considering applying for the 2026 TTW#4 and just daydreaming ahead on which bike I would be riding. Thanks!!

How cool is your idea with the velcro on sunnies and helmet?? I instantly copied it and what can I say. Finally no moving and dropping sunnies anymore! Thanks!

Great to see another adventure from you, Joe. Tell me, what music and/or podcasts do you listen to on your rides? Cheers
@joe.nationАй бұрын
I try to mix it up music wise, I like Lord Huron, and other similar Indie style music. I usually leave the podcasts for the training rides as I find they can take my concentration away from the ride at times
@simirvingАй бұрын
@@joe.nation cheers for coming back to me. Currently focussed on HT550 training, so good to find new music to help my pedals turn. Will give Lord Huron a listen 👍
