As a Mavs fan this filled me with optimism. Kyrie seems better adjusted and more content than he has been in his entire career. It's also great to hear that he has the self awareness to see that Luka is the guy and he is a compliment. That takes someone putting their ego aside to admit.

Still one of the most underrated players in the NBA. Didn't make the stupid sports writer's top 75!? Unbelievable. Absolutely the best handle ever; ambidextrous in almost all offensive skills. Am looking forward to watching he and Luca.

Good job FOX for doing a professional interview that actually reflects what a player does. We need to respect those players outside of their profession as they can express whatever they want. I 100% don’t agree with a lot of things Kyrie said but leave him alone. Dude can still have opinions on things. The problem is that people should learn that he’s a basketball player and should stop putting weights on what he states in other topics. He could be wrong just like any of us.

Wow, I thought it was the wrong move sending him to Dallas last year, BUT after this interview I’m quite optimistic he’ll be able to mesh well with Luka 🤞, he verbalized and said everything I think he needs to do for the Mavs success.

Though the Mavs have been my favorite team my whole life, Kyrie is one of my favorite players and people prior to playing with the mavs and I dont typically have favorite players on other teams. The last favorite player i had outside of someone on my favorite team was Larry Bird as a kid

I hope he proves me wrong. But I expect him to demand a trade to the Lakers at some point in the saison. Wouldn`t be him, if he didn`t. The Lakers gave Russell a contract just for the purpose in my opinion.
