L Pull-up + Scaling Options
Set-up:
Hands outside shoulder width.
Tighten your abs.
Execution:
With straight legs, lift legs to 90º.
Pull your shoulders back and down, chin clears the bar.
Descend under control.
Maintain a hollow body position.
Unless otherwise specified, L position doesn’t need to be maintained while lowering.
Scaling options:
Kipping L pull-up.
Band under butt.
Band under ankles (may require partner).
