In that case, do a factory reset 1) take out both earbuds from the case 2) press the physical buttons on both earbuds at the same time and hold it for 10-15 seconds 3) if done correctly, the led lights on both earbuds will go flashing rapidly for a few seconds and then go back to normal 1 flash 1 sec

Unpair your L21 pro earbuds Put them back into the charging case Let it charge for 15-20seconds Take the earbuds out and re-do the Bluetooth pairing with your phone ☺️

I have 2 pairs of l21 and 2 of l21 pro.... and after test wireless headphones for 60€ to down I prefer the L21 series. Without any doubt. I like tu be medium quality sound equipment and some of my best cable earphones home hifi sony cincunaureal mid range 100€ (20 years ago) and speakers down of 500€ and for every proposal and causal the L21 series are correct. The sound is almos flat, but the high frequencies laked something. For 10€ are perfect match.

As a family we have two sets of the L13 earbuds. The problem is that they pick each others broadcast. If I purchase a L21 set will it also pick up the L13 broadcast?

Well i have a l21 pro and i am using it for 2 months now. overall l21 pro is good not great but good... i actually love l21 pro but i have the same problem as zhu had in his l21 pro like the sound cancellation, the bass, the mic and many more. but.... in terms of the music quality... if you dont like bass that much its good but if you love bass music well this earbuds is not good for you... overall my rate in l21 pro is 8.5/10 because despite that l21 pro has some problem... l21 is actually good... so i still suggest or recommend l21 pro

Not too sure about HBQ Q32… sorry I am not sure how strong a bass you want. But T1C has its own mobile app which allows you to change the EQ to your liking, such as more bass or more treble or more Pop, rock, R&B etc

I'm actually very confused on how to charge it. Should I just plug in its charger to an outlet, and it will charge right away?? Cause mine won't...

Leave your charging case connected to the charger.... Afaik, the charging case has no battery, so it will take a while to "wake up" the battery... After around 10-15 mins later, it should start charging. Cuz that was what happened to mine :)

What's the sign that it is currently charging?? Cause mine doesn't show numbers or anything. It didn't even light up when I plugged it for almost an hour😢

The middle LED display will light up and show you from 0. Once it reached 100% the LED turn off. I will plug in my L21 pro to recharge as well. The battery is currently completely flat, so i will see how long it takes to light up. The time on my side is 8:30pm

My L21pro started to flash “0 0” at 8:45pm There could be few possibilities. Try a new cable or a new charging brick If these fails... request for a new set as yours might be a faulty set

Hmmmm…. These earbuds are still, up till today, one of the best ultra budget wireless earbuds I have tested. If you are looking for a basic pair of wireless earbuds, no nonsense, don’t need fancy apps, simply works, no ANC but with slight Passive NC, then yes
