For background, the black man at the beginning was in the right place at the right time. 3 teenage girls were kidnapped and locked in that house for 10 years. One of them managed to get out and he was the first person she spotted. So, he made the call to 911 and helped get the other girls out. It was a horrifying situation, but his telling of the story was hilarious. I don't know if it was intentional or not, but he ensured his side story was broadcast on every possible news outlet in the country that day.

I was stuck onboard, having the duty that day (just my luck ... I was so desperate to go ashore that I volunteered to haul garbage to the end of the pier). A little boy, maybe 5 years old, was running down the pier to get to his dad who was maybe 150 feet away. A local reporter squatted, stopped the little boy, and tried to get an interview while the kid is trying to run to dad. The kid hauled back and punched the reporter right in the nose then started running to dad. You could hear laughter up and down the passageways since televisions all over the ship were tuned to the channel.

I live in the suburbs of Cleveland, and yes, I remember that day so well, it was a horrific time for those 3 girls. Michelle was the first one he kidnapped and she was the one that suffered the MOST abuse. He raped her, beat her, impregnated her many times and then would kick her in the stomach so that she would miscarry. Amanda Berry is the one that had a child by him. I have read both Michelle's book and Amanda Barry's book about their ordeal and it was truly horrific. I cried while reading them and then watching the movie that was made about it I don't know HOW those girls managed to survive that long. I have SO much respect for them.

It depends on the situation, that black guy saved the girls from further abuse . I'm grateful for him, and yes his explanation is hilarious.

@@VictoriaShaw-mp6qf Did you see him the next day on Good Morning America when George Stephanopolis interviewed him and he mentioned he grew up near there and that guy started talking smack about his high school? It was even funnier than this one.

Look up the "get pitted" song.. there is a fun version of that interview in a song version. Hilarious I watch it all the time. Funny fact I watched that interview live when it happened. 😂

This was the best video I've seen on your channel. So many of these interviewees are great story tellers. The funniest part was your reaction to the spunky lady. 😂 Since you say you're a fan of American comedy, I'd love to see your reaction to some of the historical skits from The Whitest Kids U Know. It's the most underrated sketch comedy show and they have a lot of episodes with American historical figures. And they're all on YT.

I love interview videos. I’m not sure why they always pick the dumbest person to interview… but it makes it funny!

You've gotta do this again! There are so many more to chose from, like the black guy who "found a whole white baby" and Antoine Dodson who famously said "they rapin' everybody up in here". Good stuff!

First of all you’re missing a few of the very best: Mrs. Sweet Brown - a lovely lady and a national treasure. Antoine Dodson (Hide your Kids, hide your wife) The Get all Fat and Sassy Lady - Search it, you won’t be disappointed! (Wish I could adopt her as my Grandmother) I realize something: I love our hilarious or quirky Americans so much, they’re top notch! I about lost it when he explained what spunk is in the UK! I’m in tears! I do remember a Sex and the City episode where Samantha referred to a man’s Spunk as Funk. I will never tire of the “apparently” kid. So freaking cute. He has a KZbin channel. I think Mrs. Sweet Brown does as well.

😂😂😂 That clip at 13:05 almost caused me to choke on my dinner😂😂😂. The guy that was tasting the thieves also. Hilarious

The best way I can describe the American meaning of spunk is cheeky confidence, like the little boy who described the amusement ride that you said should be a presenter. We might say, "Now that little guy has real spunk to say all that on live television!"

The funniest interview ever, is the lady at the motel who kept saying "ain't nobody got time for that." Think it was a late 2012 interview. Can never find the whole thing, but there's some awesome remix's of it.
