Yea rent increases stopped due to Covid and there a freeze on evictions. Great job putting the TV ON THAT BEAUTIFUL dresser. They look great and add a lot of storage in a small space. I love your office nook! The apartment is wonderful.

Wow, this is such a hidden gem! I pay about that much for a room in a two-bedroom apartment in Hollywood. I can't believe you have your own place for that much - let alone in Echo Park with a nice view of downtown! I love that although it's a studio there are separate nooks which makes it feel like a one bedroom with a separate kitchen. Such a nice steal. Definitely a keeper!

Your apartment is so appealing looking; you have styled it to be so welcoming, calming and refreshing! The floor plan of your place has quite a few innovative features and has to be one of the most generous “studios “ on the planet. Your housekeeping skills are top-notch too, no wonder your plants are mostly happy . Your handmade artwork looks just right where you’ve placed it and the mirror you hung in the bathroom really takes that room to a higher level of coolness. Well done!

Beautiful design for your small space! Love all of your touches--it just goes to show that you don't have to buy a lot of things, just a few very thoughtful, smart pieces. BTW, that arched mirror in your office truly is perfection...it adds SO much depth! Have you ever thought about painting your hall cupboard doors? Maybe a nice leather-color or black contrast? Some modern, fresh handles would be awesome too. The views, plants & decor make your home an inviting hidden gem!

I love love love how you decorated. My only grip is that big black rectangle in the living are. It dominates the space just a tad too much. You should get something to hide it when it’s not in use. Like some fabric that has a nice pattern/print.
