Ron Burkle has sold this house in 2017 for $24 million, the house was never listed for sale, it was a pocket listing It's one of the most beautiful homes I've ever seen, i hope you can shoot it again soon. 🌹

The energy use of this home could power a small city. AC and heat, lighting, pool pump and heater, appliances would cost thousands of dollars a month for utility bills. One has to be filthy rich, have more money than sense. I no longer believe in climate change when energy sucking and multiple pools, spas, water features suck up water in a water deprived area. I'm not jealous- it's just flat wasteful, and selfish to waste precious resources.

You better check the law, just because some jurisdictions don't enforce the law, that doesn't mean a state official can't decide to enforce the law. And that's not your house.
