This is what happens when a group of people have a big dream, the ability to express it and create atmospheres since the idea till the visual product. Making their job with love and a touch of reality. Their have results like this living MASTERPIECE that is La La Land. TIME is the best judge and only Time is going to give La La Land the recognition it deserves. I swear its going to transcend.

Still don't believe Moonlight won over this masterpiece

none of my friends liked the ending but like damien said, there's something so satisfying when the relationship isn't just "ribbons and happiness." their reality was raw and choice oriented. their decisions shaped the fact that Sebastian got his own jazz club and how mia married somebody else. it all happened for a reason, and i find that so beautiful.

Mariel Abbey me too. I think the same. This is a surprising ending but this is true. Sometimes, life doesn’t happen the way we’ve planned it. Sometimes beautiful stories end... Mia and Sebastian were soul sisters for sure, but their life goals guided them to opposite ways. That shows how their story was real. That’s why I liked the ending ❤️

The women dancer in blue at 4:00 is the same gal in the yellow dress that stands on top of the k-rail at the crescendo of the opening scene on the freeway .

After seeing the whole process this masterpiece went through to become what it is, i will never forgive the fact that moonlight took the oscar away from it

If there are two other movies that were nominated that deserved the big prize, they are Hidden Figures and Lion

As much as part of me wanted Sebastian & Mia to get together again, I’ll give benefit of doubt they put some hard work and effort into the prologue. I felt the An American In Paris vibes the first time!
