We just got back last night after 4 weeks in BCS. Most of our time was in LaPaz. The side of Harkers is now a beautiful black Coyote with a pelican painted by local artist Ulisses G. The people there are just unreal friendly, so easy to practice Spanish. We loved 3 Amigos too as well as huge variety of Street food. Thanks for the vid. Will be back there again for sure.

Oh I see! La Paz is very friendly towards disabilities. Nowadays It has wide sidewalks on the malecon and a handy playa bus that takes you directly to the beaches. Hope you get there one day 🙏
