This LA property owner has an inspiring message about rent and rent relief in light of Covid-19. This is real compassion.

Actually true, my mom passed away in April and she was on an off of ventilator. The doctor in ICU were she was for 50 plus days stated that it is not recommended to keep a patient on the ventilator more than six or seven days, as eventually long term use will cause the human body to completely lose the incentive to breathe on its own.

The name T Jackson Dolph sounds like a partner, or at least a board member at Thor Equities. In fact if it was true that the entire board of this fake business wasn't filled with descendants or the test tube babies of muscular 80s action movie stars...I never would've invested so heavily in the first place. Like my good friend Jean Claude Lundgren once said: "if they starve, they starve."

I know it's 1 am in the uk because I'm so so worried about rich people that I just can't sleep. most rich people properly haven't gone sking this year haven't been to restaurant in almost month I know....OMFG and may of them may of even had to wear the same clothes twice as the shops are closed however we can all look to the rich celebrity's signing theres no heaven when everybody is passing on to make us all feel better because we all know rich celebrity's are the real heroes. To be fair I've thought about that the last part rich celebrity's being heros well they kind of are in the crap nascistic culture of the west I'm not hating but come ON *SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE* Wow I tried to write a joke about the wealthy celebrities and came to a horrible understanding about our culture

@cameronrivascreativedirector4 жыл бұрын
@@tomwallhead6950 We did have public housing, but it changed in the middle of the last century. It was originally, like in the UK, made for the lower and middle class. Now they are only for the poorest citizens. Additionally, most properties are owned privately and the federal housing administration merely guarantees rent payments to landlords. The issue is that there is still a private middle man (the property owner) between renters and the government. Rent ultimately goes to a private owner/investor instead of the government.

@@jimmybrunson2553 mao zedong. French revolution. Etc. Happens when so many "realtors and landlords" are scumbags. They are the slummiest category on average and are fake capitalists. the largest REITs that are apartments etc in the country isnt even like $30 bil market cap at the moment. That's the entire market cap. Steve jobs, Bill Gates, Zuckerberg, larry page and Sergey brin, etc. You know what they all have in common? They created companies that can buy that reit more than 10x or even 30x over and they DIDNT CREATE THOSE COMPANIES TO BE ABLE TO HAVE BASIC LIVABLE FOOD/WATER/SHELTER/ETC. It isnt capitalism it's just retarded crabs in a barrel sociopath scumbaggery. Singapore has >90% home ownership and they have a tiny ass island. You know where they routinely rank as a place to do business? Above the US and often literally #1. Durrrrrrrrrrrrrrr people cant even read or count zeros.
