Noticeably African countries in duress don’t get the public worldwide sediments or focus for help & assistance that the European countries get…or am I just imagining this phenomenon…

I have a more than 30 year career in black media sales and marketing. Both national and local, I have always worked at a black media outlet. And even in my entrepreneurial essence, I am a black owned media. I must say that the agencies are playing the same game they have been playing since back in the day. REmember there used to be black advertising agencies with major accounts. Who are they now? They arent. ANd when you have to call on a general market agency, you are relegated to the multi cultural, a category they lump latino, asian and other media under thereby diluting the dollars. No one in these agencies that has knowledge of black consumer trends. And no they dont place us in the larger meetings. Ivestment officer is really good. We need to be able to get with each brand's account executive also. And also make sure there is equitable audience research that accurately shows buying habits of the trillion-dollar plus black American buying power. whew.. dont get me started.
