Shady you don't understand that a basketball chemistry matters a lot more than they do in football because in football you're running plays in the play everybody has an assignment that they're going to do no matter what basketball has plays as well but it's somewhat a freelance it takes a little bit more cohesiveness as a unit so problems in the locker room can affect that way more

JJ is a former High School #1 recruit, National player of the year in college, lottery pick for the Magic, top 20 in 3 point percent Alltime. Coaches such as Eric Spolstra was a film editor got a chance to be the coach, Mark Jackson never coached and got to be the coach for the warriors turn the franchise around. Steve Kerr although he was GM never coached nor been a assistant coach came in and won championships. Redick just like Kerr has a great IQ for the game and instantly become one of the best shooting coaches in the league. HATERS will talk about Lebron abusing his power when there’s nepotism in the cooperates world everyday with whites and other races hiring their family members & friends to be managers but as soon as a powerful black man had a pull it’s a problem 😂. Honestly who cares? Nobody knows what coaches are going to do a good job before they do it. Joe Mazulla came out of no where nobody knew if he would be good or not. Sometimes you have to take a chance as opposed to recycling the same coaches like the league always does. You have no idea of JJ will be a good coach or not. Same with J Kidd, nobody knew how good of a coach he would be and he’s doing a great job.
